Battery Tender Jr.

Battery Tender Jr. charges and maintains any 12 volt battery without the fear of overcharging. Using a 2 stage "smart" electronic circuit, the unit first brings the battery to full charge. It then follows up with an "Auto-Float" mode which selects te exact amount of current needed to keep the battery at full capacity, without overcharge damage, indefinitely. Keeping your battery at full capacity ensures longer life and performance. Leaving a battery discharged for even a week can result in a capacity lose of 1% per day. Charging will never restore capacity because of "Battery Plate Sulphation" (the formation of tiny sulphur crystals on the lead plates preventing them from accepting a full charge). Includes quick-connectors that make it easy to hook this charger up to your battery while it's still in the car.
